I met Stephen in our dental office he is amazing. He does our office cleaning and does a fantastic job. He did an initial deep clean and now comes weekly. I highly recommend using this company!

Unfortunately I could not be more disappointed with this service. I signed up a few weeks ago with Stephen, only to have my first cleaning cancelled due to an impending snowstorm. Completely understandable! Zero issues at all. Fast forward to today. Today I was scheduled for my first cleaning. No one showed up. No one called, No one emailed. After I emailed, called and texted, I received a text that the crew was running late. After about an hour, I texted again asking if they would be arriving anytime soon. I was told that instead of my 9 am appointment, they would be getting here between 11:30 and 12:30. 12:30 came and went with no phone call, email or text, so I inquired again. After a few more texts and phone calls, Erica finally showed up around 2:54 pm. Since I had waited around all day, I had high hopes...things happen, so I did my best to keep an open mind. Sadly, I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up. The cleaning was haphazard. Two of my rubber protection covers from my gas stove top are missing. My kitchen souring sponge was shredded beyond use. My other sponges were also missing, but luckily I have since found them in a bag under the kitchen sink...multiple items were moved for cleaning and not put back where they came from...all minor annoyances, but frustrating when considering the lack of communication and the unacceptable waiting I did. But wait...there's more...the funniest mishap occurred when I went into the master bedroom and found my duvet cover put on inside out and then placed on the bed upside down...there's a pattern on one side and a single complimentary color on the back...why would the single colored side be up (in addition to being inside out?) She must have something against birds and flowers...since she even turned the pillows around (LOL)... I can only imagine that she had a Hell of a time fastening those buttons inside out! That took some skill and determination! Anyway...after the two women left, I contacted the company and requested that my account be deleted. I will most certainly not be using this service ever again...the frustration regarding the lack of communication, coupled with the haphazard cleaning that occurred left me baffled. I'm sure I can find someone better! (If anyone knows of someone, please let me know!) Update: I just took my dogs outside and found the garbage bag that I thought they took with them sitting on our Adirondack chair. Lovely.

I am beyond disappointed with the service I didn't receive from this cleaning company, specifically from someone named Stephen. I booked a move-in cleaning service and was completely ghosted. Stephen promised to deliver the service, but no one showed up at my home. To add insult to injury, my messages to them went unanswered. This was a horrible and pathetic experience. I didn't even haggle on price – I was ready to pay whatever they quoted. It's truly unbelievable and ungrateful that they would treat potential customers this way. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable cleaning service.

I hired clear thought cleaning for a deep cleaning service, expecting professional results, but was left incredibly disappointed. I was told that such a service for move in costs more, and promised two maids for five hours, but they left after only three hours. To make matters worse, they broke an old lamp and failed to clean obvious areas, leaving visible dirt everywhere. Certain drawers and the space above the refrigerator, stove were completely ignored. After this poor service, I called to withhold payment, and the manager promised a free standard cleaning to make up for it. Still not the deep professional move in cleaning that I was promised, but I wanted to give the small business a change to make up. However, when I tried to reschedule, I couldn't get him to return my calls. When i did catch him once he said he would call me back in 5 mins that was 5 weeks ago! This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this service to anyone. UPDATE for the response _ Please don't insult me further by implying that I am lying. the cleaners left without any walk thru partially my fault cause I had someone else over, but also did not expect them to be done with a cleaning that cost close to 700 in 3 hrs! I agree no expectation on time, but I was very clear on what I wanted them to pay attention to - Bathroom and kitchen. I reached out immediately so that i could try to remedy, unfortunately due to the fact that they had already cancelled and rescheduled, and i had guest coming, i had to fix it myself. I have added picture that clearly shows the lack of care, and the fact that the broken lamp was reported, the first few reach out, with ZERO response, i addition to calls with ZERO scheudling help!

This is a great team! Very professional, efficient cleaners. They worked with us to find the best solution for a messy house, and helped get it clean within a week of the first phone call. I recommend their services. If you're looking for kind, understanding people who get the job done, look no further.

We contacted Clear Thought to clean a restaurant kitchen which had been sitting unused for 4+ years. Stefan came to view the space a few hours after I called him, gave an accurate estimate, and the team did an unbelievable job removing clutter and years of caked-on kitchen grime - most of the equipment now looks brand new! Communication was always quick and easy, and Stefan and his crew worked around our business schedule with no frustration. Cannot speak highly enough of Clear Thought Solutions.

I had been thinking about having my parents house cleaned for a bit. My mom is disabled and my dad is currently rehabbing in a nursing home. Needless to say, cleaning their house is not the priority. They’ve lived there forever and the dirt, piles, dust, spills, etc., have slowly accumulated. I called a few random companies I saw on Google, and another company called me back and with the price they gave me, I just knew they didn’t understand the job. Their quote was just too unreasonably low that it would be impossible for them to clean this 2,700ft. living area with that. Stephen from Clear Thought Cleaning called back within minutes of me leaving a msg. I explained what I was looking to have done and he actually listened to what I said. He was so thorough that I knew he understood. I mean, down to asking if my mom was okay with this bc he is very aware that some people, especially elderly, may not want people/strangers in their home. He also recognized that this was going to need a DEEP cleaning. He wanted to get me as close as possible to the correct quote. Let me just add in, he does take the time to understand the nuances of each situation. One of the things they don’t normally do, was one I specifically wanted and he was able to accommodate that. I made sure all of my concerns and wants were stated and he couldn’t have done a better job explaining exactly what they would be doing. This cleaning was going to be tailored to my parents’ home. He said the price and I didn’t flinch. It was much more in line with what I thought the job would cost. He sent me an invoice within the hour and a contract. He was able to schedule the job within a couple of days. I was nervous. I am an hr from them and I had to work that day. He estimated that the job would be 4.5 hours for 3 people. The morning of, he called to let me know his manager was sick, but he was not worried bc the two women he was sending were more than capable. I definitely had my doubts. I called my mom throughout the day didn’t let me know much. Let me backtrack. My mom was happy about this cleaning until it was scheduled. I didn’t tell Stephen this until, well now, if he reads this. lol. I had to assure my mom that everything was going to be great and I got her settled. I also can say that my expectations of what she would think were low. Extremely low. My mom is never impressed. She’s just not. At best, she would say the cleaning was okay. At the end, they walked through every room to make sure my mom was satisfied. She called me 7 hours from the time they got there (precisely at the one hour time frame expected) and I was floored. She said, “you got your money’s worth plus!” I threw her on speakerphone for my boss to hear and she said, “I am so impressed!” Did I mention that I’ve never heard my mom say those words ever? She said, “I was so impressed I gave them a $20 tip!” I was mortified LOL, but I also understood that she was showing how impressed she was in her mind. I had her send me some pics and I cannot explain the difference. It’s almost unbelievable. I called Stephen and I was almost at a loss of words which, as you can see, is not like me. I did not stop gushing about the job his workers did and how accommodating and professional every person at his company was. When I tell you I could not have asked for more, I mean it. They actually did two rooms they weren’t supposed to. Not bc they were off limits, but bc that’s how much they went above and beyond. This house looks like a completely different house inside. I asked Stephen what people normally tip and he wasn’t interested in gratuity. He wanted his customers happy. Of course you don’t have to give anything, but for the job they did, I didn’t hesitate to give them an additional amount that was commensurate with my enthusiasm. I am receiving nothing for this review. I am doing this bc I think the best thing you can do for a small business, is to leave an honest review. Well, I’m shouting from the rooftop…YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH CLEAR THOUGHT CLEANING SOLUTIONS!!!
